LOADING PROMOS


Under playlist, double click
content then double click
sound fx then double click
sound fx all








add your promos in the same way you did your music:
click add directory and go and find you promo folder
click on the folder and then click ok and wait for them to load
then procede to desktop A look for sound fx





On the sound fx click on the arrow pointing down in between the
"paper/magnifying glass" and the "green arrow pointing to the left"
then click "sound fx all"

Your added promos will appear on your sound fx
for easy access while djing
To play a promo click on the desired promo
listen to it when it ends you may play another
or start up your music or talk what ever you prefer




SETTING UP ENCODERS


Starting with going to Desk Top A
Go to the Encoder Box ....

Click the plus sign



A new window will come up Click MP3 Normal
Click ok



A new box will appear

Set quality on Fast Resampling
Format - MP3 56kb/s, 24.0 kHz, Stereo
Under General options
No Checkmark under auto start encoder
leave the check mark under Auto reconnect
No check mark under allow scripts



Click on Server Details Tab
Server type - Shoutcast

Server Ip - contact Broken

Port- 8000
password - contact Broken

Station Name- The Mixx Radio 2004 with (your DJ name here)

Genre - Your DJ Name

Website Url - http://themixradio2004.com

take everything out of the aim icq and irc boxes
and leave the rest default
click ok
