STATION RULES AND CONDUCT

Welcome to Mixx Radio. We're a chat based station running from Ravens Great Hall inside Utherverse.

There are a few rules to keep the station running smoothly and to keep everyone happy.
To give you an idea of how the station works. We are a volenteer based station.
No One here gets paid. Not even the owner. This is a team based effort to make our
Chat experience more enjoyable for us and the visitors of the club.

The Radio station is owned by DJ Broken. We have several in different Management Positions
Check the staff page for more information. This means.. simply..
If you have a problem bring it to Management or DJ Broken

Do NOT try to take care of it yourself. DJ's don't take kindly to critisism
or instructions from other DJ's. To keep drama out of our station.. which we seem to do
quite well... remember one rule.. Worry about what your doing not what the others are doing
You can't control their actions, but you can your own. Trying to solve their issues yourself
Could cause you to bring issues on yourself. That is what the Bosslady is for. We are all
adults here and your expected to act in such manner. Remember alot of the DJS here have not
had any kind of DJ experience and they WILL make mistakes. Drama will NOT be tolerated with in
the station and if theres too much of it that will be cause for dismissal. I do frown upon
DJ online romances because it causes drama within the station when things don't work out
So please keep it outside of the station and the club.

We have a DJ schedule. It's posted here on our site. If your not able to make your shift due to
real life responsiblites please inform Broken asap. So that a cover can be found for your shift.
If your real life changes and your time slots aren't working for you contact Broken they can be
moved around if the need arrises. Excessive absences is cause for dismissal from the station.

If your running my sam registration codes.
I require a min of 4 scheduled slots per DJ. NO EXECPTIONS! I pay 65.00 for each registration code
and only have a certain amount of codes I can give out and when their gone I am not able to hire
more DJ's. For anyone comming into the station with their own sam setups or if you would like to
purchase your own code from me at the cost of what I pay for them the scheduled time slots can be
more lenient. This is an option I have just brought into the station for people that can't be avalible
for the required 4 time slot a week rule. I am in no way resposible for anyone that chooses to bring
their own Sam Broadcasters into the station. What you have on your computer is your responsibility.
That encludes the music you aquire that you use for the station.

Before going on your shift you should reboot your computer, have your que set and ready, and arrive
in the club to take requests 15 mins before your shift. That doesnt mean start the process at 15 mins
till.... that means be there, ready to go at least 15 mins before your shift. Yahoo Messenger is a
requirement for the station as well as Yahoo mail. Skype is a handy tool we use alot for meetings.

You are to im the person on air 15 mins before your shift to let them know your here and ready.
They are busy and don't always notice the time or that you have even come in the club.
If your on air please promote the next DJ to go on 30 mins before your shift ends. Get the club
ready for the next DJ to be comming in. If your takin the station when your shift begins please
be courtious and say something nice about the DJ before you. We all work hard and its nice to see
that our work is appreciated. It's a good idea to listen in as much as possible to the ending of the
show before you so that your not playing the same songs that they played. The station is passed by the
use of yahoo messenger unless theres computer problems they should all be passed the same way using the
rem number on your deck A or B of the last song. The person recieving the station is required to answer
back to the countdown. If you loose the station most of the older DJ's have kick codes to kick auto.

Kick Codes are not to be givin out by anyone unless Broken gives you permission. That means encoders
as well. Anyone caught fighting over the station with kick codes will be terminated on the spot.
Drama being broadcasted over the station will not be tolerated at all and is cause for termination.
We are here to have fun and show a great time to the visitors to Ravens. While you are on air you
are required to take requests and dedications from the club. You are to entertain them by talking
in club and on air. Your not to walk away from the computer or be afk in the club for long amounts
of time. Auto runs 24 hours a day. We dont need you djing on auto we need live djs that want to
have fun and interact with the club visitors.

Please be kind and respectful to Club employees. We are working as a team for the better of the
club. Please read and know the rules of conduct in the club and abide by them. If your
scheduled for an event. You are to be here for that event no exceptions. Daily shows are a tip only basis. Mixx Radio doesn't get any kick
backs from any of the events and parties that you personally do those rays are yours. Mixx Radio
when funds are availble will help out with VIP's when needed, it is your responsibility to make
sure that you have VIP Status in Utherverse. If your helped out of a bad situation concerning
your VIP status remember when your able please return the favor for another DJ and donate back
to the station so that we can keep funds available in tight situations. We all need help once
in a while.

Your shows are just that your shows. We don't tell you what you can play and what you can't.
As long as your not doing anything that will cause harm to the club or the Station. PLease keep any
kind of racial comments or music off the station as thas a bag of worms we wish not open up.
Profanity is tolerated but lets use our common sence with it as well. We are not sailors around here.
Were lookin for good adult fun.. A sence of humor is mandatory for this job! PLease read the Legal
Liscencing Rules provided for you on our page and know them. Its for your safety!

YOU ARE TO BE IN THE CLUB WHILE YOUR DJING...
ANYONE ON MY STREAMS ARE TO BE IN THE CLUB.
WE HAVE SIDE STREAMS FOR SALE CONTACT BROKEN IF
YOU WISH TO DO PRIVATE PARTIES OR DJ OUTSIDE OF
THE CLUB... YOUR ALLOWED TO DO PRIVATE PARTIES ON THE
SIDE STREAMS... BUT YOU ARE NOT TO BE DJING
FOR ANOTHER CLUB ITSELF.

DJ Broken is a very busy lady... Spends many hours working on station related tasks..
Any issues concerning the station can be brought to her anytime between 6 am est and 8pm est
Anything else after that time can be emailed or left until the next day. Only emergencies
Will be takin care of after such time.
